John SAVAGE a famous talk show man is under attack? Or he is a stupid clown?
Something is going on with SAVAGE. He allegedly made an idiotic comment publicly on the Show. Poison? Drugs that he does not knew about?

Roy M: This is what he said on July 16th:   “…You know what autism is? I’ll tell you what autism is. In 99 percent of the cases, it’s a brat who hasn’t been told to cut the act out. That’s what autism is. What do you mean they scream and they’re silent? They don’t have a father around to tell them, “Don’t act like a moron. You’ll get nowhere in life. Stop acting like a putz. Straighten up. Act like a man….”He made statements on the following days that sounded more like the one written by Chaos, after the trouble started. They were used by the radio company to claim that he had been taken out of context on the 16th! But you would have to be pretty stupid to be taken in by that.

very strange story with Savage, but i just remembered a story with Art Bell. sometime in 1998 or 1999  Art Bell unexpectedly left radio for about a month and then again
Retirement: His first retirement, highly unexpected, was announced on October 13, 1998. Bell: I told you that there was an event, a threatening terrible event occurred to my family, which I could not tell you about. Because of that event, and a succession of other events, what you're listening to right now is my final broadcast on the air. Coast To Coast AM is broadcast on more than 400 stations and is the country's most listened to overnight radio show, heard by some 15 million listeners. (That from "The Seattle Times" 10-13-98.) Hilly Rose filled in after Bell's departure.
Return: He returned on October 28, 1998, leading many to believe it was merely a publicity stunt. Bell asserted that the brief departure was brought on by threats made against his family. On May 29, 1999, Art Bell explained that this retirement was due to an allegation made by hosts of WWCR shortwave radio that Bell had paid to cover up a criminal indictment. (Announcement date from "The Washington Post" 5-29-99, where Bell's show was said to be on 460 stations.)
The actual facts of the matter became public knowledge with Art Bell's second retirement in 2000, when it was revealed that an actual criminal indictment was filed against a person who had assaulted a member of Bell's family. Due to the nature of the crime, Bell had wanted to keep the matter private. The hosts at WWCR shortwave radio had accused Bell of the crime. (Bell took legal action against the hosts and stations, which was settled in 2000.[11])
Retirement: On April 1, 2000, Bell once again announced to his audience his retirement, which would occur on April 26, 2000 (that from "The Washington Post" 4-1-00), but he offered no details other than expressing intentions to "resolve a family crisis." On April 11, 2000, Mike Siegel was introduced as the new host of Coast To Coast AM. On April 27, 2000, Siegel took over the program which at the this time had an estimated 22 million listeners. (That from "The Seattle Times" 4-12-00.) It was later explained ART BELL had left to deal with the aftermath of a sexual assault against his son. Brian Lepley, a substitute teacher, was convicted of sexual assault and attempted transmission of HIV and was sentenced to 10 to 25 years.[12] Return: On January 24, 2001, it was announced (in Vancouver, Washington's "The Columbian" newspaper), Art Bell would return to Coast To Coast AM on February 5, 2001. Bell noted that since his departure the show had lost a number of affiliates, commercial content had risen to an unbearable level, and Siegel had taken the program in a "different direction" of which Bell disapproved. He retained some authority over the program as its creator and thus felt his return was necessary
Art, who always loved radio and was like number 1 or 2 after Rush Limbaugh and bigger then Howard Stern (yes, HS was VERY big in the 90s and very interesting, not just ENTERTAINING)!!

BUT! Just before he left he had Jeff Nyquist on for an hour or so:   Jeffrey NyQuist   Art Bell Show -  Appearance: 7/15/98,  4/13/99

Later THINGS started to happen to ART. Here i found  some links documenting my memory:

Art Bell was not on the air last night. They say he is on vacation again but he just came off vacation a week or so ago. He said nothing about leaving when he was last on Tuesday night. ...  April 15, 1999

Nyquist was on the night before. Russia's preps for war and imminent atttack on the U.S. uncovered. Skousen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joel_Skousen) contends that Bell's disappearance last fall had to do with his appearance on Bell's show. For what its worth. Nyquist is absolutely worth the listen in Bell's archives.  April 16, 1999.

I think Savage just went a little overboard with his calculated provocative radio personality. I am totally not surprised. And maybe he is a prescription/non-prescription drug abuser user, like Rush.

And what is all this ranting about black helicopters and NWO?

people with audience of 15-25 million are kind of, how should i put it-

NOTHING HAPPENS without no reason on that level

helicopters- well don't be lazy, go on a link , check for yourself

it is a joke, thats what it is

o i found absolutely shoking audio:
along these lines:

but i d rather listen to recording

Savage's primary purpose, just like any other major talk show host/commentator is to sell his product to the target audience. "The product" is not only his political views, but also the way the are packaged and delivered. "Savage" is a brand and a brand that sells well, otherwise "Savage Nation" would not be carried by the major broadcasters.

A fair amount of his intended target audience also happens to more or less agree with his autism comments (just read threads like these) Whether his comments are "right" or "wrong" makes no difference, what matters is they have appeal to a large constituency of his listeners.

His "diatribe" style is what sells and it is very calculated, it is designed to provoke and stir the pot (the same views could be delivered without all that, but then it would be boring.) He just slightly miscalculated in this case and stepped on a few more toes than usual.

Or maybe he didn't. Maybe it was "black PR" approach. The network won't fire him because the potential profit from the "Savage" brand still outweighs potential liability.

This is all there is to it.

with autism- well, may be

also it is possible that Savage is doing it for a negative publicity, because sometimes any attention is better then no attention

but autism is a very widely spread thing: savage may get in trouble

one thing for sure: savage is not worth any listening, he is a clown

more clown then Rush is

entertainers entertain entertained and all of them will not notice when IT will hit them in the ass: so they will get what they deserve

provides access

Outstanding article, a bunch of fine knowledge. I am going to point out to my girlftriend and ask them the things they think.
